Would absolutely recommend LSMann, we had issues with our boiler, were ignored by a number of other companies before Larry got back to us almost immediately and came out the same day. Sorted the issue within half an hour and waived the fallout charge. Top customer service, will definitely use again and would recommend.

Very professional and friendly in his approach. On identifying the problem with our Air pump unit Larry contacted the manufacturer who also proved to be very professional and helpful. While the unit hasn't been resolved as yet, waiting on a part being delivered on Thursday, Larry has been keeping us updated and hopefully will have it all sorted by Friday.
